Approx at 1:30 PM sutak will start of chandra grahan on rakshabandhan day, i.e. on 7th august so it will be good to celebrate rakhi before this time.
When to Celebrate Rakhi || Mahurat of Raksha Bandhan:
Since the sutak will start from 1:30 PM and till 11:04 AM there will be Bhadra kaal so we can celebrate rakhi between 11:05 AM to 1:30 PM.
But If we see the CHOGHADIYA then it is not good at this time so if we use the ABHIJEET mahurat i.e. from 11:50 AM to 12:10 PM then it will be best to celebrate rakshabandhan.
