Wine Consumption Is Good For Heart Added With Physical Exercise

Great news to the oenophile’s (lovers of wine). A very recent case Study called as Vino Veritas (In Wine, Truth)has discovered that Wine Consumption is good for health provided if the person does a few physical work outs and exercise measures. Imbibing wine in a moderate quantity provides protection against coronary artery disease and coronary heart disease. Research carried out on people toping and fuddling wine was presented at the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Congress in Barcelona. The research team compared the effects of red and white wine, and found that both were equally effective in reducing the signs of atherosclerosis.

Wine Moderate Consumption is Good for Coronary Heart Disease and Coronary Artery Disease  Hearts with Physical Exercise:

Professor and Researcher, Head of Cardiology at the Palacký University Hospital in Olomouc in the Czech Republic Milos Taborsky of Czech Republic stated that “This is the first randomised trial comparing the effects of red and white wine on markers of atherosclerosis in people at mild to moderate risk of CVD. We found that moderate wine (one glass a day for men and half glass by an woman) drinking was only protective in people who exercised. Red and white wine produced the same results.” Wine protects against the cardiovascular disease in the people who does exercise.

Total of 146 People who are suffering with the moderate risk of cardiovascular disease were kept under the study.  People who were considered for the case study their  consumption of wine and other alcoholic beverages accompanied with their medical health status and physical exercise they are being through has been recorded during the case study. The participants who were considered for the case study imbibing wine had no change in their High-density lipoprotein (HDL) (the “good? cholesterol) cholesterol levels at the beginning of the study compared to one year in either the red or white wine groups.

Research panel of the case study observed that Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol was lower in both groups at one year while total cholesterol was lower only in the red wine group. “A rise in HDL cholesterol is the main indication of a protective effect against CVD, therefore we can conclude that neither red nor white wine had any impact on study participants as a whole, The only positive and continuous result was in the subgroup of patients who took more exercise, which means regular exercise at least twice a week, plus the wine consumption” Taborsky said.

Adding to this Taborsky said concluded “In this group HDL cholesterol increased and LDL and total cholesterol decreased in the red and white wine groups. There may be some synergy between the low dose of ethyl alcohol in wine and exercise which is protective against CVD. Our current study shows that the combination of moderate wine drinking plus regular exercise improves markers of atherosclerosis, suggesting that this combination is protective against cardiovascular disease.”

Research divulged the facts that the wine’s antioxidant properties and its ability to expand blood vessels and increases levels of HDL, the “good? cholesterol. Though the red wine had many more antioxidants than the white, but showed no additional benefit. In the end we can conclude that the combination of moderate wine drinking plus regular exercise improves health of the alcohol dependent.

Disclaimer :- Neither the research case study or this post endorse an individual to vineyard jogging (wine consumption ) or suggesting that anyone start a vineyard jogging group in fact the research/post has been carried out to move in to foreground in the field of medicine.
