MMFF 2015 box office results, updates

The 41st Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) has started on Christmas Day, December 25, with eight local films vying in the box office charts.

These films are as follows: All You Need Is Pag-Ibig (Star Cinerma), Beauty and the Bestie (Star Cinema/Viva Films), Buy Now, Die Later (Quantum Films, MJM Production, Tuko Film Productions, Buchi Boy Films), Haunted Mansion (Regal Entertainment), Honor Thy Father (Reality Entertainment), My Bebe Love: #KiligPaMore (OctoArts Films/M-Zet Productions/APT Entertainment/GMA Films/MEDA Productions), Nilalang (Haunted Tower Pictures/WeLovePost/Parallax Studios/Viva Films), Walang Forever (Quantum Films/ MJM Production/Tuko Film Productions/Buchi Boy Films).

The opening day of the festival was a huge success for the films 'My Bebe Love' and 'Beauty and the Bestie', as they are the early front-runners (as expected) at the box office.

Here is the list of the unofficial box office results on Day 1 (as of 5pm):

1. My Bebe Love – P29.3-M

2. Beauty and the Bestie – P26.3-M

3. Haunted Mansion – P4.1-M

4. All You Need is Pag-Ibig – P3.6-M

5. Buy Now Die Later – P1.9-M

6. Walang Forever – P1.5-M

7. Honor Thy Father – P386,000

8. Nilalang – P299,000
