Since 2012, the
Aventador has adorned wall posters and become the choice for Bruce Wayne's Batman. It's now due for a replacement and
Lamborghini is going all out to give the Aventador its last hurrah with the new SVJ edition. Limited to only 900 units, the SVJ has clocked a blistering lap time of 6:44:98 around the legendary Nurburgring race track. The reworked V12 motor, which now revs up to 8,500rpm, churns out 770hp and 720 Nm of torque, propelling the car up to 350 kph.
However, the SVJ uses clever aerodynamics, named ALA 2.0, to channel the airflow intelligently around the exotic body with wild air vents. In fact, the whole car is riddled with sensors to manage the airflow as efficiently as possible. At US$517,770, it will be the most extreme production Lambo on roads when it launches next year.
