Norway is the happiest Nation in 2017, followed by Denmark, Iceland and Switzerland. All of the top four happy countries rank high on the factors found to support happiness: caring, freedom, generosity, honesty, health, income and good governance. China has made economic leaps but its people are not happier than they were 25 years ago.
