Back then, Urvashi Dholakia was in School (15) and her passion for acting made her choose the show. It’s aspiring even today how a 15-year old managed to balance acting and school simultaneously. It’s now been known that the makers of the show had a special allowance for Urvashi to finish the school and then come for the shoot. Isn’t that sweet?
In a conversation with SpotboyE Urvashi reveals it all about those days and said, “I used to finish school by 1-1:15 pm in the afternoon and then travel to R.K Studios in Chembur in my school uniform. The crew would wait patiently. The whole cast and crew were like one big family, off-screen also, I used to be the quiet one as I entered the show little late but they all were very welcoming towards me.”

Well, she’s very much open to the idea of a remake as well but with one contingency. She added, “It but I also wish it would have been remade. In fact, there have been many trials and errors but nothing materialised. However, if a remake ever happens, it has to be with us only, boss. We are no less.”
She also said, she might feel funny now watching Dekh Bhai Dekh with her sons. She concluded by saying, “They have watched a few episodes, which are available on YouTube but sitting with them and watching it together, I may feel funny (laughs).”
