Popular music composer, Himesh Reshammiya has filed for divorce with his wife Komal. The two had been married for almost 22 years and have now decided to party ways mutually.

Giving a statement to a leading daily, Himesh mentioned that Komal and he have mutual respect for one another and will continue to be a part of each other’s families, in spite of the separation.

The duo have a son together, Shivam and plan to raise him jointly.

Recently, several celebrity couples such as Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna, Malaika Arora Khan and Arbaaz Khan have headed for splitsville.
