Chicago Bulls swingman Jimmy Butler and Marcus Smart got into it during game four in Chicago. Butler believes that Smart is the type of player who acts tough but isn’t:

“As far as the Marcus Smart situation goes, he’s a great actor, acting tough, that’s what he does,” Said Butler. “But I don’t think he’s about that. I’m the wrong guy to get in my face. He needs to take it somewhere else because I’m not the one for that.” Butler said that this is the first and last time that he and Smart would have problems on the court because “Like I said, he’s not about that life. Calm it down.”
Here is the scuffle to which Butler was responding:

Butler’s comments are unsurprising given Smart’s reputation as a flopper. However, to say that Marcus Smart is “not about that life” may be a bit inaccurate. Smart had gone through more by the age of 10 than many people have to go through throughout their entire lives.
