New Year’s Resolutions are great, but only if you know WHY you are aiming to resolve or change. Just knowing WHAT you want isn’t enough if you actually want to create new habits and new results. If you want to get Healthier – WHY do you want to get healthier? How will achieving being healthier make you feel? WHY do you want to feel that way? Keep asking yourself questions until you can feel what it will feel like to achieve your desired result at an emotional level. That “burning” feeling (or burning desire) is the fuel that you will need when things get tough as they always do. Inspired Action is the key and you can only create inspired action from a state of inspiration and you can only get into a state of inspiration if you know WHY you are doing what you are doing. It’s so easy to not do something that you don’t really want to do. It’s impossible to not do something at your highest possible level when you feel exactly WHY you want it and what it will feel like to have it!
