1 – Take a moment to be grateful for what I have.
2 – Tell the people in my life I love them.
3 – Do some form of Physical activity – not only is it good for my physical well being, but my mental well being as well.
4 – Learn at least one thing about another Culture – this is quite easy for me to do in South Africa as there are many different cultures within the country.
5 – Research a new places for me to Travel to.
