In an exciting development, the makers of Darbar have dropped the second poster from the film which features Rajinikanth. The superstar is all muscled up and gears up for an intense face-off in this poster and this aspect of Rajinikanth is never-seen-before. Sporting a fierce look, Rajinikanth is all macho in this poster of Darbar which is now sending fans into a frenzy. And going by poster, looks like Rajinikanth would be seen in some high-octane fight episodes in Darbar. Directed by AR Murugadoss, Darbar will have Rajinikanth playing a cop and that is after almost two decades. This in itself was a reason for fans to rejoice and this latest poster is making them go gaga about Darbar. And looks like Darbar will be a feast for fans of Thalaivar. Darbar is the first-time association of Rajinikanth and AR Murugadoss and is touted to be an action-entertainer. The shooting of the film is currently underway in Chennai and is aimed to be released during Pongal 2020. After almost two decades, Rajinikanth would be donning the uniform and fans are eagerly looking forward to the film. Nayanthara has been roped in to play the leading in Darbar and the actress has already shot for her portions. Darbar also stars Nivetha Thomas and the Paapanasanam actress will be seen playing Rajinikanth's daughter in the plot. Photos from the shooting sets of Darbar revealed that Nivetha is part of the project and was seen alongside Rajinikanth.

Bollywood actor Pratiek Babbar will be seen playing the antagonist in Darbar while Sacred Games fame actor Jatin Sarna will be seen in a brief role. These two actors have already shot for their portions in Mumbai in the recent schedule.The makers of Darbar recently revealed the title poster of the film which featured Rajinikanth. Darbar will have cinematography by Santosh Sivan while the music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Produced by Lyca Productions, Darbar is slated to be released worldwide during Pongal 2020.
