Actress Regina Cassandra whom we saw as Sonam Kapoor's love interest in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga will be seen next in the Telugu thriller, Evaru. The actress will be seen in a Telugu flick after a really long time. However, the actress is equally in the news for her rumoured relationship with Sai Dharam Tej. In fact, stories of a secret marriage is also doing the rounds. Regina Cassandra dismissed all these stories and said she was happily single. She said she would announce it to the world if she was getting married.

In April 2019, Regina Cassandra issued a statement, "Over the past few days, I have come across quite a few linkup rumours between me and one of my co-stars. I'd like to make it clear that these articles are baseless rumours. The only love in my life right now is my work and if there is anything else, you will hear from me. Thank you for always cheering me on, it makes my work easier."

There are rumours that the film Evaru is inspired by The Invisible Guest. But Regina said it might look like it is inspired by a few thrillers but that is not exactly the case.
