Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had a very traditional, private Roka ceremony in India earlier. Imagine seeing video and pictures of Anushka Sharma attending this Roka! The idea certainly excited Varun Dhawan. He did not exactly make Anushka gatecrash the Roka, but he did share a meme hinting the same.
You know how Anushka has once again become a viral sensation on the internet, thanks to the trailer of her next film, Sui Dhaaga: Made In India. Fans have been photoshopping Anushka from the trailer in various hilarious situations. Varun has loved one meme featuring Anushka so much that he has tagged her as Memes Ki Rani on Twitter.
In the meme, reshared by Varun, Anushka’s character from Sui Dhaaga is seen as a part of Nick and Priyanka’s orphanage visit. The creator of the one-second long video has gone to great lengths to add Anushka in the frame. You don’t find such dedication in making memes. Not all superheroes wear capes. Anushka and Varun are going all out to promote their film, Sui Dhaaga. They do not even mind re-sharing memes on themselves. That is quite some enthusiasm right there. We are eagerly looking forward to this YRF venture that tells the story of a couple from the heartland of India, trying their luck at entrepreneurship.
Priyanka and Nick are spending quality time together after their Roka. They were spotted on a brunch date in Malibu, yesterday. They are soon to attend a friend’s wedding in Italy, as per reports. Just today, Nick’s mother shared a video from the Roka, where she is seen dancing with Priyanka’s mother.
Sui Dhaaga: Made In India is set to release on September 28. The movie has been directed by Sharat Katariya, who has previously made Dum Laga Ke Haisha. Stay tuned to BollywoodLife for more updates.
