Ever since the time Alia Bhatt made her debut with Student of the Year, her love life is just as discussed as her brilliance as an actress. Not once has she opened up about her relationships in the past and we don’t see things changing in the future either. She was reportedly dating her SOTY co-star Sidharth Malhotra for the longest time, but the alleged couple called it quits last year. The rumour mill is churning stories about her equation with Brahmastra co-star Ranbir Kapoor these days. The romance rumours were fuelled when she made a public appearance with him at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception. Well, Rajat Sharma tried to fish out the details about this alleged romance but seems to have failed at it.

Alia is the next guest on Rajat’s show Aap Ki Adalat where he brought out the topic of her link-up stories with Sidharth, and even Varun Dhawan, and asked for a clarification. “If something is going on, I will not accept it because I don’t want to,” she chuckled. Next, Rajat took Ranbir’s name and said that a lot of pictures of the two are being printed these days. Alia blushed, covered her face and said, “My face is going red. I am trying to control that first,” The crowd cheered – probably for Rajat’s daring question. Though the host quipped soon after that he only meant to ask about their upcoming film together. Alia is currently earning praises for her performance in the critics’ favourite film, Raazi. For BollywoodLife, Ankita Chaurasia reviewed the film and loved it. She gave the movie 4 stars out of 5 and wrote, praising the actress, “Alia Bhatt is the soul of Raazi and there are no two ways about it. Her turn from an innocent, naive student to a seasoned, ruthless spy is the stuff legends are made of. She has her hand on the pulse of the audience and holds them by the throat as she takes one risk after the other. You find yourself holding your breath and heaving a sigh of relief, along with Sehmat. By the time the film ends, you want to do three things – hold Sehmat close and assure her that everything will be all right, remind yourself that Sehmat is only Alia Bhatt, handover the best actress award of the year to her already. Calling her fabulous will sure be an understatement.”
