Earlier in the morning, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu and Sonali Bendre were clicked at the Mumbai airport as they headed to Jodhpur to be present for the hearing of the verdict in the black buck poaching case, which will be announced tomorrow (April 5). Salman Khan, who returned to the city from Abu Dhabi last night, after wrapping up one of the last schedules of his upcoming film, Race 3, also flew down to Jodhpur, along with his sisters, Alvira Agnihotri and Arpita Sharma. Obviously, all of them were surrounded by a lot of journalists outside Jodhpur airport, who were waiting to throw questions at them. While we don’t know how others dealt with the situation, Saif, it seems got annoyed.
A video of Saif, in his car, outside Jodhpur airport, is going viral. In the video, we hear him asking his driver to shut the car’s window. “Sheesha upar karo aur reverse kar lo warna padegi ek abhi (pull the windows and take a reverse, otherwise you will get one),” Saif can be heard saying in the video. We are not sure of the context in which Saif says this to his driver. Is he threatening the driver or warning him to be careful of the people outside? For those of you who don’t know, the black buck poaching case dates back to 1999 when Salman, Saif, Tabu and Sonali were shooting for their film Hum Saath Saath Hai. At that time, Salman allegedly went on a shooting tour. Saif, Sonali and Tabu allegedly accompanied him. Two black bucks were killed in Kankani area, after which a case was filed against Salman and others. In 2007, Salman was locked in the Jodhpur jail for over a week before the court granted him bail. In 2017, Salman was acquitted in an Arms Act case linked to the case. The verdict will finally be announced tomorrow.
