We mean it. We really didn’t see this coming! Sapna Choudhary has featured in an item number of yet another upcoming Bollywood film, and this time she is not showing off those thumkas alone, as Abhay Deol, too, is shaking a leg with the former Bigg Boss contestant. Titled, Tere Thumke Sapna Choudhary, the song is from Nanu Ki Jaanu. As the name of the song suggests, this one is sort of a tribute to Sapna from Sapna and Abhay. The setting of this Haryanvi number is much like Sapna’s stage shows. Gunwant Sen, Khushboo Jain and Saumya Upadhyay have together crooned the song, while Abid Ali has penned the lyrics. Don’t see it becoming a chart buster, but fans of Sapna are surely going to love it.

We have to admit, Bigg Boss has changed Sapna’s life completely. Agreed, Sapna was already quite famous before she set foot inside the Bigg Boss house last year, but after her stint, not just Haryana (where she hails from), the entire country knows her. It is the result of this newfound popularity that we are getting to see her in Bollywood film songs.

Nanu Ki Jaanu is a horror comedy, where a ghost falls in love with a crook, starring Abhay and Patralekhaa in lead roles. The film is scheduled to release on April 20 and is directed by Faraz Haidar. There will be more sightings of Abhay in the coming days. The actor is also a part of Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero, where he will be seen romancing Katrina Kaif. He is also expected to be part of Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi that stars Sonakshi Sinha in the lead role.
