We revealed to you yesterday how Salman Khan beat Shah Rukh Khan and Virat Kohli to top the Forbes India Celebrity 100 list of 2017. The actor did it for the second year in a row, but if you look at the list closely, you will realise one more huge feat that has been achieved by none other than Priyanka Chopra. PeeCee is on the only actress to make into the top 10. Yes, Priyanka is on the seventh spot, just ahead of MS Dhoni, Hrithik Roshan and Ranveer Singh, who complete the top 10. Her contemporary and rival, Deepika Padukone only manages to make it to number 11. So quite clearly Priyanka has managed to achieve something huge this year.

If you remember, Priyanka had also managed to make it into the Forbes’ 2017 list of the world’s most powerful women earlier this year, where she featured alongside some big names like Oprah Winfrey, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Hillary Clinton, Melinda Gates, Ivanka Trump among others and many others. And now, she is also a part of Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list, which is an annual compilation of Indian celebrities based on their earnings during the period between October 1, 2016 and September 30, 2017. Priyanka Chopra has managed an estimated earning of Rs 68 crores in the year 2017. This is all thanks to her popular TV show Quantico, her Hollywood debut – Baywatch and her several brand endorsement deals. Only Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Virat Kohli, Akshay Kumar, Sachin Tendulkar and Aamir Khan precede PeeCee. And with Quantico season 3 coming up and two Hollywood films on the cards – A Kid Like Jake and Isn’t It Romantic, not to mention her Bollywood films, Priyanka will continue to roll and she will surely make it to this list next time around too.
