Ed Sheeran rocked Mumbai last night (November 20) as he performed in the city at a mega concert, which is a part of his Divide Album Asia tour. The singer, composer enthralled one and all with his songs, especially when he sang Shape of You. He even put on a blue kurta and stunned everyone at the venue. But before all this happened, Ed was given a very filmy welcome by Farah Khan. The choreographer turned filmmaker hosted a party at her house and we have to say it was a lavish celebration. The who’s who of B-town, from Shah Rukh Khan to Katrina Kaif to Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Sushant Singh Rajput, Ishaan Khatter, Kriti Sanon, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and several others showed up for the party, making it a night to remember. # Lavish dinner: According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Farah made sure that a lavish buffet of continental, oriental and Indian delicacies was organised. The choreographer had spent two days finalising the sumptuous menu, making sure that all of Ed’s desi favourites, including spicy curries, were prepared to perfection. Famous baker Rushina also created a life-sized chocolate and butterscotch standing guitar cake on Farah’s orders, which was actually a replica of Ed’s signature guitar. # Govinda fever: According to the tabloid, the party went on till the wee hours of the morning with people dancing their hearts out. The playlist for the night featured Govinda’s hit tracks, including the Coolie No. 1 chartbuster Main To Raste Se Ja Raha Tha to O Lal Dupattewali Tera Naam To Bata. Farah even made Ed dance on songs from Om Shanti Om and dance numbers by rappers Honey Singh and Badshah.

# Newbies bond: Star kids and soon to be debutantes, Sara Ali Khan, Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor also attended the bash and looks like they were bonding big time. According to Mumbai Mirror, the trio stuck to each other throughout the night and even shook a leg with one another.

# Gifts Galore: Several celebrities handed Ed souvenirs from India and letters from their fans, however it was Farah Khan’s special present, a custom-made Manish Malhotra sherwani, that left him speechless.
