Om Shanti Om might not have been the finest films of India but with time it has gained a cult status. It’s dialogue, ‘Ek chutki sindoor ki keemat tum kya jaano Ramesh Babu’, is still fondly remembered. It is perhaps the only film to have had a song like ‘Deewangi Deewangi’, which featured more than 30 Bollywood celebrities. The film recently clocked 10 years but it’s memories our still as fresh.

In a twitter conversation with Farah Khan (Director of Om Shanti Om) today, Shah Rukh Khan hinted at the possibility of a sequel of the film, leaving everyone surprised. Farah is currently in Osaka to attend the premiere of the Japanese version of the film – OSO. She tweeted, “Opening tomorrow nite.. dont miss the Japanese version of @iamsrk n @deepikapadukone .. #oso in osaka! So looking forward to this!”

She later posted, “V should hav made this awesome jacket 4 @iamsrk .. OSO musical dress rehearsal was awesome..japan truly celebrating the film ❤️”

To this, Shah Rukh said, “Arre yaar. Let’s do it in part 2 now. Last nite kids telling me how much they love OSO.”

Wow not isn’t this amazing. We should totally thank Suhana, AbRam and Aryan for this. How amazing would it be to see the sequel of Om Shanti Om. I’m already excited.
