Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) defending Adi saying he is her pride, She says even if he would have married her, he wouldn’t have left her like this. Romi is about to beat him when Adi stops him saying they don’t know what he did to him. He beats him up remembering how he beat him up before. Ishita threatens him to never come back again and Gagan leaves. Ishita tells Roshni that now she understands why she did not want to contact her husband and she understands her point of view.  Santosh agrees with her and says it’s better she is here now and Ruhi(Aditi Bhatia) tells her to concentrate only on her IAS studies now.

Seeing Gagan all beaten up, his goons ask what happened  but he tells them to leave instead. He says he is not going to leave Roshni and Aditya like this and swears revenge on them for his insult. Romi asks Adi if he is okay and consoles him.

Ishita goes up to Roshni and she apologises for the drama that was created because of Gagan but Ishita tells her to not be sorry. She tells her to be rest assured that nothing is going to happen to her and nobody can even touch her.

Adi, in his guilt, wants to confess everything to Raman and Ishita but Romi advises him against it saying that now everything is falling in place and him confessing about their marriage will ruin everything again. He tells him not to do such a stupid mistake. He tells him to concentrate on his marriage as this is reality and everyone is happy with it.

Ruhi tells Roshni that these books are her future. Ishita tells her that the only reason she wanted to find her husband was so that she can get a divorce and move on.

Shagun is upset over her friends’ decision of not coming to the marriage and Mani tries to pacify her saying that they can throw a separate party for them. He tells her to let it go because of Aliya.

Ashok asks Gagan why did he not tell him before about Aditya and Aliya’s marriage. He tells him to let them get married right now and reveal it later. After that, the whole media will highlight this matter and the reputation of Bhallas will be in shreds and Gagan agrees.

Roshni tells Adi and Romi that Ishita want a photograph of her husband to get her a divorce. Romi says that nobody has seen her husband so, they can put forward any random photograph. Ishita consoles Raman(Karan Patel) about Roshni  on phone. Ishita gets a set of kangan made for Roshni and gives it to her. Shagun talks to Aliya seeing her upset. She says she misses paati and wanted her here. Santosh is all worried and everybody is making preparations hurriedly. Ishita calls up the  lehenga shop and he tells her that the whole godown caught fire and Aliya’s lehenga was in it. Ishita is worried and everybody else is shocked as well.
