Make Connecting Matter!

Tammy Tiller-Hewitt, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer

Make Connecting Matter!  Our quarterly workshops encompass all aspects of our signature “Make It Matter” training sessions. “Make Connecting Matter”  is  specifically designed to meet your needs by leveraging relationships with other outreach professionals in your hospital/organization. Participants learn how to capitalize on new opportunities to grow business and referrals.  “Make Connecting Matter” is a key piece of our four part series making this training program so robust.

The larger the organization the greater the risk for organizational disconnect. Our goal as a professional outreach team is to become masterful connectors. We must use needs-based, consultative selling principles to bring our robust service offerings to the providers, patients, employers and communities that we serve.

Successful connecting can bring unlimited rewards.  It starts with all members of the outreach team not only having an intimate knowledge of their own service-line, but also have a high-level working knowledge of all strategic initiatives, from each area of focus.

Given our roles are to uncover and meet the needs of our customers, this connection project will allow us to provide more solutions for us to offer, further demonstrating the value that we bring on every single call we make!

At first it may seem overwhelming, but it’s actually very simple – we just begin to consciously connect.

Objectives:

  • Identify personal brand standard
  • Understand system-wide efforts
  • Sales/growth
  • Relationship building
  • Partnership opportunities
  • Identify connecting opportunities
