this christmas is my first since i’ve been married, which is nice. my favourite part about driving through southern ontario, through toronto, over the skyway around home, is always knowing my friends are there, scattered throughout the cities and towns that surround the lakes, somewhere, with their families or maybe alone, and thinking of them as we pass through, and for a moment being with them even if they don’t even know it. i get to do that today, and that makes this a good christmas, and i seriously hope that you all get to have one too.
