Dutch Glow Polish Reviews – Is it a Scam? Our First Hand Results

amish dutch glow review 218x300 Dutch Glow Polish Reviews Is it a Scam? Our First Hand ResultsWhy a Post on the Amish Dutch furniture polish? Well as an outsdoorsman you’ll have tons old wood furniture items that will basically make or break you. Anyways on with the tests!

Why I went with Dutch Glow Polish… My Review

To be honest I was not looking for a wood polisher nor was I interested in cleaning when I saw an infomercial on TV for Dutch Glow. I rarely purchase tv products, except of course the foreman grill! That thing is awesome. But I digress… Real deal, I needed to touch up my $600 dining room table with a nice dark wood finish however after years of 409’ing it I needed to shine it back to new.

I tried various products to clean the outside of the cabinets, from water and vinegar to other chemical-based wood cleaning products.  The products were unable to get the film off the table and cabinets, and a few of the products left the wood stickier than before.  Like I said I don’t usually order products from infomercials, I’m usually very reluctant, but after many unsuccessful attempts to clean the worn down wood I saw the Dutch Glow commercial and decided to try it out.

Here are MY Results…

Results: Took about 2 weeks, 16 days to be exact, to receive the product. I was actually expecting it to take longer so it surprised me when it came. While some surfaces took a few passes, Dutch Glow completely revamped the wooden cabinets!  It was easy to use, and gave the cabinets a brand new shine that I thought wouldn’t be possible. I documented some of my results below:

Here is my process to show you what Dutch Glow actually can accomplish.

Dutch Glow Review Test Dutch Glow Polish Reviews Is it a Scam? Our First Hand Results

About the test:

Our dining table and chairs we’re perfect for this test since they haven’t been cleaned for a week or so, nor has it ever been treated. I aligned it with the window to show the shine of the wood before and after this test. I grabbed some tape to show before and after results along with comparing the effectiveness with 409 cleaner (probably shouldn’t use this on wood). I tested by spraying dutch glow on the surface and let it sit for a few minutes, wiped off, and let the wood dry before I shot any more photos.

  • I let both sides dry for a number of hours before the last photo was taken (I did not want to take photos while wet as this gave the impression that the wood was actually shinier.
  • I was fairly generous and would let the stuff sit for 3-5 minutes, then wiped it off and let it dry.
  • I applied Dutch Glow 3 times total
  • Results we’re compared to using 409 and I instantly noticed a difference (it was much like armor all on vinyl).

I think the product definitely helped on this surface and our chairs. The lady instantly noticed a difference when she came home but remember, while this isn’t a miracle performing milk it does the job. I can recommend this to friends and family and you can get the stuff from the link + offer below:
