The Turkish president threatens to occupy Manbaj and Idlib in Syria after Afrin
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has threatened that his country's army will attack the cities of Manbeg and Idlib in Syria after controlling Afrin, during a speech in front of his party's parliamentary bloc on Tuesday.

In his speech, Erdogan criticized the US demand that the United States set a time for the end of the process of olive branch, wondering: "Has the United States ended its military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq, despite the passage of several years?".

Commenting on the latest developments in the Afrin operation, Erdogan said the operation was successful, noting the participation of the families of Turkish soldiers who were killed during the operation feelings of sadness.

Turkey announced on the 20th of last month the launch of a military operation called "olive branch" that killed hundreds of unarmed civilians, including women, children and elderly people.
