Mauricio Pochettino's men have suffered yet another defeat away from home at Molineux Stadium today after a super display from Gary O'Neill's men.

The Blues, who dominated the first half with massive possession against the host, were not clinical in front of goal, especially one from Raheem Sterling, who missed a golden opportunity to secure the lead for Chelsea in the first half after dispossessing Joao Gomes. However, the England international decided to take a shot at goal instead of laying a pass to his teammate.

The Wolves took the lead five minutes after the first half break in the 8th corner of the match after a defining header from an unmarked Mario Lemina in the 50th minute led to a goal.

Wolves added to their goal tally in the 92nd minute after a pass from substitute Hugo Bueno, which was squared up to his fellow substitute Doherty.

Chelsea replied with a late goal from France international Christopher Nkunku in the 96th minute; however, Gary O'Neill's side held a firm grip on their victory, securing a three-point win against the Blues.

This defeat has led to an inconsistent run for the Blues, who are still in 10th place after their fourth loss in six league games, sharing the same points with Wolverhampton Wanderers, who are currently in 11th place.
