The COLLAB series is back! We’ve partnered with our friends at Hot Chicken Takeover to create a collaborative sushi roll that benefits Pelotonia, and we’re calling it Hot FUSIANTakeover!
This fiery option will be available exclusively at our Columbus-area locations for a limited time. From, July 23-29, 2018, for every roll purchased, HCT and FUSIAN will donate one dollar to Pelotonia. On July 22nd, the roll will be available for preview on our rewards appthrough the online ordering feature.

The roll contains HCT’s signature Nashville-style (roasted) hot chicken, coleslaw, pickles, rolled with sushi rice and topped with a drizzle of HCT’s House Ranch and a cayenne-infused tempura crunch. Like to sweat? Substitute house ranch for Holy Ranch to Kick it up a notch.
