The trailer for the upcoming South Korean movie Kill Boksoon (길복순) has finally dropped! The action-thriller is directed and written by Byun Sung Hyun. The plot of the film follows a single mother who is also a dangerous and renowned assassin with a 100% success rate on contract killings.
Starring Jeon Do-yeon in the lead role as Gil Bok-soon alongside Sol Kyung-gu as Cha Min-kyu. The supporting and recurring cast includes Esom as Cha Min-hee, Kim Shi-ah as Jae-young, Koo Gyo-hwan as Han Hee-sung, Lee Yeon as Yeong Ji, Choi Byung-mo, Kim Gi-cheon, Park Gwang-jae, Jang In-sub and more. The film has a runtime of approximately 137 minutes.

The 90 seconds trailer opens by introducing the lead character, Gil Bok-soon, played by Do-yeon. Two scenarios are showcased to describe her life, one where she is a super-secret skilled assassin, and on the other hand, she is an ordinary single mother drinking tea with her friends. She maintains her two different lifestyles until her worlds start to collide. Chaos ensues as her beloved daughter also somehow gets involved in dangerous circumstances. However, Do-yeon constantly appears in a fierce persona, unafraid to take down any obstacle in her way.
The story will follow Gil Bok-soon and her dynamic relationships with everyone around her. Her daughter is the most important person in her life; hence she does everything to protect her at all costs. She works at a company called M.K Ent. and Cha Min-kyu (Sol Kyung-gu) is her boss and also the one who trained her as a killer.

Many characters important to the plot are also shown in the trailer. Cha Min-hee (Esom) is Min-kyu’s younger sister, who is slightly more sinister than him. Devoid of empathy and feelings, she is unafraid to kill off anyone coming her way. Han Hee-sung (Koo Gyo-hwan) is a highly skilled assassin working at M.K Ent.
However, she finds difficulty in maintaining a normal life and parenting more than killing, which comes naturally to her. Her life turns more intense when the date of her contract renewal arrives, and her loyalty is tested. She has to face multiple enemies along the way in order to keep her daughter safe from danger.
