Carter is a South Korean action thriller film recently released on Netflix. It is directed by Jung Byung-gil, starring Joo Won in the title role with Lee Sung-jae, Jeong So-ri, Kim Bo-min and others. The ranked first in 18 countries including the Dominican Republic, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Peru, South Korea, Vietnam, and more.

Its lead Actor Joo Won is riding high on the film’s success and slaying all our hearts in the newly released picture, from a photoshoot for the film with Netflix. However, in the movie the actor surprised viewers with his unrecognizable transformation as he plays a skilled agent. Joo Won shared the preparations he did for his comeback, which included gaining 7kg and shaving his head for the first time.

So if you were missing the way, the charismatic actor looked before then search no more, as The Swoon shared the photoshoot pictures on Instagram. In the pictures, we see Joo Won wearing an all-black 3-piece outfit, against different solid backgrounds.

The pictures were reshared on the actor’s official Instagram page as well, which you can check out here. The pictures from the shoot continue to give a mysterious vibe to the actor, by playing with light & shadows with striking red and blue gradient backgrounds in some. He has layered his black shirt and fitted trousers with a blazer of the same texture.

Along with the outfit, his hair is styled towards the side with some covering his forehead & giving a clean, edgy look. The Swoon has captioned the post with – Joo Won in an all-black attire is always deadly for the heart. They have also given credit to the photographer Hyun-goo Park, for clicking the pictures and tagging the actor as well.

The synopsis of the film reads, “A man wakes up missing his memories. Directed by a mysterious voice from a device in his ear, he sets off on a hostage rescue mission rife with danger.” Two months into a deadly pandemic originating from the DMZ that has devastated the US and North Korea, “Carter” awakens, with no recollections of his past. In his head is a mysterious device, and in his mouth, a lethal bomb. A strange voice in his ears gives him orders.
