Overview
Stanton has released their first product since being acquired by inMusic in 2020. The new Stanton STX is a fully-featured portable scratch turntable – the first of its kind to include a mini Innofader Nano crossfader!
In addition to its ease of portability (key for a portablism-focused turntable), other key features on the STX include a Start/Stop button, an on-board speaker, and pitch slider with ‘Ultra- Pitch’ switch.
Its available now from participating inMusic retailers, priced at $249 (US).
More details
Looking to appeal to on-the-go scratch DJs and turntablists, the Stanton STX also has Cut-In and Curve knobs (allowing for a high level of crossfader customization), a Bluetooth input for your smartphone so you can easily add beats and loopers, and recording functionality via the USB port.
Additionally, the latching lid also functions as a stackable, latching base, bringing the STX to standard turntable height, and the unit ships with two rechargeable batteries.
