After first postponing the event to 2022 back in March, organisers of Belgium’s Extrema Outdoor festival (also branded as ‘Extrema Extra’ this year) has now given the green light for their 10th anniversary next month.
Attendees will either need to be fully vaccinated, provide proof of a negative test, or submit proof they’ve had Covid and recovered.
The huge 3-day camping festival typically attracts around 65,000 festival-goers and features some of the best house & techno acts playing across 7 different stages.
Organisers said: ‘’After continuing to work on the festival with full force we wanted to emphasize that we see no obstacles that could prevent our September edition, Extrema Outdoor Extra, from happening this year.
However, if we want this edition to be successful we’ll need your help and participation. That’s why we’d like to ask that you make sure you’re COVID Safe before entering the festival.’’
Extrema Outdoor Extra 2021 will take place from 17 – 19 September in Houthalen-Helchteren, Belgium.

Extrema Outdoor 2021 ticket info
Tickets are now on sale, with the option to purchase individual day passes or a full weekend pass, with or without camping. Prices start at around 43 Euro and go up from there, with a VIP upgrade also available.
