I think a lot of women may opt to save their money for newborn portraits instead of getting their pregnancy portraits taken. But, I love Maternity photography! It's such a special time in their lives, and something we all wish we could remember better! I try to encourage expectant moms to just do it! I'm afraid, if they are like me and have a horrible memory, they may regret it later when they don't.  :)

Savannah and I met at Cherokee Park one fairly hot evening this past summer.  We started out at the creek, but on my drive in I had noticed a small patch of tall yellow flowers just a few miles up the road. She was happy to follow me there on our way to the field that we finished up in.  I was so glad we stopped! The flowers perfectly framed her and her husband and this session turned out to be one of my favorite pregnancy sessions of last year!
