This video as a project of Riga Technical University study program Transport and Economic geography is made not just to emphasize the main task questions: Who are we? What are we doing to prepare ourselves for future? Where do we see ourselves after 5 years?
We surely could create the video simply by showing you our biography and sharing our perspectives and dreams. But we never take the easiest way.
The video- „5 steps to success" is our made video- guide book of 5 most important lessons what we have learned and used to create our way of success and preparing ourselves for succesful career, intelligent and harismatic personalities, passionate love and exciting life.
In this video we tried to show you the process of creating the guide-book, by telling how we- 6 girls in 6 weeks with one question and almost no google shared our experience, advices and biographies to each other, also creating an unforgetable experience from this.
5 steps:
1. Socializing
As we all know contacts are playing significant role in job market, private life and business nowadays. Our advice: Make your million dollar contact list as a valuable network everyday.
During the lesson one there are pictures of us and the most important reached contact-persons of our lives running on slides
2. Be involved
To be visible and ready for the changing world, you always need to be where the action happens. To involve yourself in projects, to organize them by yourself and to search for new opportunities as well as practical learning, is essential, especialy in the beggining when you offer yourself for job-market, you must have some experience in actual activities , not just theory. That is why we advice you- participate in as much projects you can, attend as much conferences you can and take initiative- organize events by yourself. We do it, we show it.
3. Be smart- theoreticaly-practicaly smart.
Practise is perfect for experience, but to be brilliant you also need to know the theory first. Studies, IQ tests, exercises and books are simply training your brain to make the process of idea creation faster. We decided to show this step by using the languages we learn- french, german and english to tell the importance of theoretical knowledge in the way of success.
4. Be open-minded
People, customers job market now wants more than the average, they want the visibility , they want the marketing and they want everything to be an adventure. By this step we wanted to show one of the reasons of our success- we are open minded and not afraid to risk, to laugh and to create ideas that will shock the world.
5. Be happy
As you will hear in the voice of the video- To be a talanted employer and perfect employee, and in fact a normal person- you need to be happy. Of course , we could show high heal designer shoes, skittles or clouns, but what really makes us all happy are our families,friends , cats, dogs and hobbies. By huging and kissing our beloved ones we just wanted to show you how lucky we are and who makes us so amazing, creative and brilliant

We also wanted to show the grand finale of our project- one unforgetable day where we tried to get to know each other and share some secrets and to really have some fun.

Where do we see ourselves after 5 years?
It would be laughing on destiny if we would be writing a concrete names of companies where we will be working. Thats why we decided to imagine 5 interesting ideas that could be amazingly real to want to create.

One of us could be a designer of activly colourful pedestrian project
One could sell LEGOS with a higher added value that the gold has
One will surely be a perfect mom for a genious prince
One will call the group to create a sock finding solution
And One will be a financial supporter of a new made Baltic Bank Union.

Yes, we probably do not know a concreate place and position, but we know for sure- we will be millionaires, because we love what we do.
