      Koi Kahe Kehta Rahe

      Pardesi Pardesi

      Kaise Mujhe Tum

      Chand Sifarish

      Kali Nagin Ke Jaisi

      Mere Haath Mein

      Aisa Zakhm Diya Hai

Kitna Pyara Tujhe Rab Ne Banaya

Ghoonghat Ki Aad Se Dilbar Ka

      Yaaro Sun Lo Zara

      Main Sehra Bandh Ke

      Ishq Hua

      Mela Dilon Ka Aata Hai

Aankhon Se Tune Kya Keh Diya

      Zoobi Doobi

      All is Well

      Jo Haal Dil Ka

      Behka Main behka

      Bum Bum Bole

      Yun Hi kat jayega Safar

      Aamir Khan Diet Plan
Everyone wants to know the secret of Aamir Khan's fitness. In his 50'd, he look 40 or even less. Here down below, Aamir Khan revealed the secret of his fitness and a role of diet in it.

"The main secret of my fitness is a diet. Diet is the main aspect of fitness, If you think only about exercise, weight training, running will make your body fit then you are wrong. You need a perfect balanced diet, which is the main ingredient for body fitness, Apart from that, exercise only play 25% role in the body fitness and other 25% came from a rest, a complete sleep of at least 8 hours."

      Diet Plan For Weight Loss
When it comes to fitness, diet is the number .1 priority for me. So many people follow different diet plans. Some don't eat rice during the night, as some eat less in the night, and some follow a protein-rich diet like that. But I don't do any of these things.

I follow an old-fashioned diet plan as we do many many years ago. I count the calorie of my everyday meals. I follow that. By saying calorie count I mean, That every human being will lose at least 2000 calories a day. I'm not counting exercise, just by doing normal things like going for our everyday work. It may differ from person to person but we can assume that it will be around or near to 2000 calories a day.

Now, If you lose 2000 calorie in one day. So what amount do we eat? So if we eat 2000 calorie in one day. Then you not gonna lose any weight or gain any weight. It will remain the same. If you lose 2000 and eat 1500, then it will be a deficit of 500 calories every day. If you lose 3500 calories from your body in one week.
