NPS Recruitment 2018 Basic Requirements

Candidates who wish to apply for the Nigerian Prison Service 2018 Recruitment Exercise must meet the following conditions:

• Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth
• Must have WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result
• A minimum of B.Sc or H.N.D degree from a reputable institution
• Must have N.Y.S.C discharge certificate
• Age requirements: Candidates must be between 18-35 years old.
• Must be medically, physically and psychologically fit
• Must have Excellent Communication skills.

Nigerian Prison Service 2018 Recruitment Exercise – How to Apply

Interested candidates should visit the recruitment portal on (www.prisons.gov.ng) or (recruit.prisonsportal.com.ng) to apply. Please note that the Application form is FREE of charge and must be submitted once.

Application Process:

• All applications must be submitted “Online”.
• You “Must” have a functional Email Address and Mobile Phone Number before you begin your application;
• Visit: recruit.prisonsportal.com.ng
• Fill and “Submit” the Online Form. (Review the information before final submission).
• Ensure that you print out the information that is sent automatically to your Email., and do not forget to copy and save your “Registration Number” for future correspondences. The “Number” is case sensitive, please.
• You would be required to present a hard copy of email message sent to you if you are shortlisted and contacted for the next stag.e of the recruitment process.
• The recruitment exercise is absolutely free.
