There were times post graduation, we would be waiting to be hired in BIG Multi National companies. Cracking Interview would be dream of every graduate for which they would undergo almost all aptitude, altitude, antarticatude training’s.

I was from one of the batch which is expected(dreaming) to be hired while the IT industries were just out of recession. While joining the college or choosing a course, I have never been so dreamy of IT salary but whoever my parents met, they have provided high hopes of ‘Software padikaraangala?’, ‘ Lakhsam lakhsama sambarika poranga?’. With no dreams or hope, I would just pass by those comments. Since becoming a Software Engineer had never been my passion.

After our happy years of college life, the day has arrived, my father has retired and my mother wanted me to go to some job even if it gives a little penny to support our family. I attended multiples interviews in startups and mid level firms and faced rejections beyond imagination.

With a reference from one of my friend, got a job in one of the reputed university in result processing section. I have learnt a lot over there starting from ‘how to write queries in database’ to ‘how to stick hologram in mark sheets’. Yes!! that’s how small companies operate and that’s how I grew. Any opportunity, that’s given I would make sure to do that perfectly.

Finally, after 11 months of struggle, got an interview hall ticket from one of the MNC. And when I tried opening the attachment. The attachment was corrupted and there is only one day left for the interview. With no hope, I replied to the point of contact mentioned in the email requesting for help.
