Best time to travel to Prague

The best time to pack your bags and go to Prague is from late February to June, when the temperature is mild. Summer is warm, bordering hot, but attracts many more tourists, which results in high prices and demand. Winter is scenic with Christmas hanging by, but its wise to only do a winter trip if you enjoy the snow. And hot cocoa, of course.

You’ll love Prague if…

You appreciate architecture

Castles and churches built in Medieval-Gothic style have a captivating beauty.

You are an alcohol enthusiast

Prague is a carnival for beer lovers, the artfully crafted beer “flows like water” in the city. At some places water is more expensive than beer! So get ready for some beer action! Not a beer fan? The capital city also offers wine tasting.

You are a melophile

Groove to sonoric jazz music as you walk by in the street or lose yourself in the blissful violin playing from the churches. Or just grab a drink and hit the dance floors in the famous clubs. Prague has it all.
