Never Playing Truant

She is truly devoted to the religion of fitness and not a day has passed when she has not visited the gym. She never gets tired of all the sweat and the tough exercises. In fact, we think she enjoys them plenty, as is evident from the glow on her face which is there all the time. She does not force herself into it, and that is the main secret. She does it because she genuinely loves it.

She prefers to have toast, egg whites or cereals for breakfast. A glass of juice is a must for her. A lover of homemade stuff, she usually has brown rice, chicken sandwich, salad, and legumes for lunch. Dinner is what makes all the difference. Janhvi Kapoor has her dinner three hours before hitting the sack. She prefers a light dinner which consists of green salad, vegetable soup, grilled fish, dal or boiled veggies.

This regime along with some regular yoga makes Janhvi a truly beautiful diva who indeed has a long way to go as she is blessed with equal amounts of talent and beauty.
