Winter sets in at Dhanaulti from last week of October and continues till mid of February. Temperature ranges from 7 degrees to 1 degree Celsius during peak winter months. Quite a little town at an altitude of 9000 meters in Shimla is well known for its natural beauty and apple orchards. You will get a reasonable deal on flights and hotels as most of the summer crowd would have left and there will be very less population.
