The Hort innovation and CSIRO have developed this pre-made and packaged powder that undergoes a pre-treatment followed by a drying process. This helps to retain the nutrition, color, and flavor of the veggies. Looks like your worst nightmare has come true? Try it, you might not be as disheartened!
