Torbaaz – Sanjay Back As Rudra

“Torbaaz” is the story about Sanjay Dutt’s character Rudra Aditya Devraj who is an army officer in the movie. There are lots of kicks and punches involved, yet the story does have a heart. In the second part of the trailer, Dutt talks about the innocence of a child. Later on, it is revealed that the story is actually about the child bomber suicides of Afghanistan, who have been trained to kill in exchange of heaven in the afterlife. Nargis Fakhri and Humayoon Shams Khan also play major roles in the movie, which will be released on 11 May, 2018.

Bhavesh Joshi Superhero – Common Man To Superhero

Released just recently, the trailer of Bhavesh Joshi Superhero is already making a buzz and is trending on YouTube, with 141K views and counting. A movie by Eros International and Phantom, the movie stars Harshvardhan Kapoor (The brother of Sonam Kapoor and son of Anil Kapoor) and is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, the man who gave us Udta Punjab. The movie is about a young man who believes in doing the right and challenging the wrong and about his journey of transforming into a superhero. The movie is set to release on the 25th of May, 2018.

Veerey Di Wedding – Love, Marriage And Friendship

A modern female-buddy movie, the movie follows the life of four friends. Starring Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in the lead roles, the four women have different views on love and marriage. The trailer presents a satirical view on the different functions in a big fat Indian wedding, and how the four friends maintain their strong friendships in a conservative Indian society. The movie will be released on 1 June, 2018.

Phamous – Of Love, Lust, Justice And Power

Set in the Chambal terrains of Madhya Pradesh, “Phamous” is the story of four men in search of love, lust, justice and power. Reminding us of the “Gangs of Wasseypur” franchise, we have gunshots, kicks and punches, AK-47 and references being made to violence in almost every scene. Most of the dialogue takes place in the regional dialect. The movie has an ensemble cast of Jimmy Shergill, Kay Kay Menon, Jackie Shroff, Pankaj Tripathi, Mahie Gill and Shriya Saran in the lead roles, and will hit the theaters on 1 June, 2018.
