Virat Kohli follows a supremely healthy diet by being off gluten and off wheat. He likes a protein-rich diet of salmon, sushi and lamb chops. He likes to drink a lot of water to stay clear of dehydration. And like the old saying says ‘Early to bed, early to rise’, the Indian captain like to hit the bed by 9 or 9.30 pm.

Dhoni loved to indulge in butter chicken, yellow dal, milkshake, and stocks chocolates bar. But with time he has shifted a more protein-rich diet. His breakfast now includes four egg whites, fresh fruit, and porridge. For lunch, he usually eats chicken or a chicken sandwich, salad, and milkshake. He likes to keep dinner light with a humble bowl of oats with milk and honey. He has substituted the chocolate bars with a stock of imported protein bars.

Pandya was once quoted saying, “My eating, sleeping and workout habits have changed. That has helped me a lot. I am stronger now. Cricket is something very close to my heart, and this is the right time for me to focus all my energies to get better and better.” And so makes sure about eating the right food which is mostly boiled and in the right quantities.
