Like white, black, green and oolong. Darjeeling Tea is full of flavonoids which are natural antioxidants. They are aromatic and thin bodied and is extremely soothing. Darjeeling tea is also a cholesterol-lowering agent.

Very popular in the mountain regions of Ladakh, this Himalayan beverage is made from tea leaves, butter, water, and salt. This tea prevents dryness and helps keep the body warm and the butter in the tea provides calories needed in the higher altitudes.
