Bollywood’s biggest directors Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar have promised to give the audience – India’s Next Superstars, via their reality show that airs on Star Plus.
The promo of this much publicised show says , “Na Khandaan Na Sifarish, Spotlight Hoga Bas Aapka Talent.” But is it?
Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty are cheating the audience! We say that because, while the show’s idea is great and noble – with the entire providing a platform for up-and-coming artists to win a ticket to Bollywood. But the show’s execution? It’s flawed to begin with.
Polish model Angela Krislinzki who is a contestant on the show, already has a Bollywood film under her belt.
During the launch of the show, judges Rohit and Karan, claimed that they auditioned candidates from various cities, over many days, to shortlist the participants. But did they?
Show’s Contestant Angela Krislinzki, played the lead in Telugu film Rogue (2017) also starred in Vikram Bhatt’s recent release 1921.

Angela was also rumoured to be part of Saif Ali Khan’s Kaalakandi. But while talking to SpotboyE.com, before the film’s release, she cleared the air and stated “Oh my God! I am getting so many messages and calls. Everybody is asking about Kaalakaandi and congratulating me because Kaalakaandi and 1921 will be releasing on the same day but I’m not in the film.”
