Ajegunle-born and bred musician, Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele, fondly called ‘Musical Taliban’, is no specialist at love issues or the Marriage institution; but the versatile music-maker sure knows his onions as a lover, husband and father.
In an exclusive chat, the Ongba lara mi crooner who is currently concluding plans for his white wedding to his fiancé, Nabila, scheduled to hold on the 25th of November, 2017 in Lagos, told Showtime that marriage will have no effect whatsoever on his career as a musician.
“Marriage will not affect my music; because if it does it means I’m retrogressing. Marriage is another promotion for me, like from zero to hero”, he said.
Speaking further, he revealed that since he tied the knots at the registry in readiness for his white wedding, it has been a tale of blessings all the way. “I’ve been counting my blessings. I used to be a single guy way back but now I’m a married man, which is another achievement, so I’m excited about my new status. It is a stage you have to pass through in life and I’m happy I’m in this position now”, he said
