Nigerian Governors have approved a $ 1 billion withdrawal from the Boko Haram anti-terrorist oil offshore bill, the Premium Times says.

The decision was announced by state governor Edwin Godwin Obaseki, informing state correspondents.

The governors held a meeting with the National Economic Council (NEC), under the chairmanship of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

Gombe Governor Ibrahim Dankwambo earlier said that the crude oil crude bill on Wednesday, December 13, was $ 2.371 billion.
