Lagos announced that road diversion will start at 6am for Olamide Rapper at the Teslim Balogun Stadium.
Adebimpe Akinsola Tourism, Arts and Culture Commissioner described the Concert, which will be held on Sunday, December 17, as an opportunity to "showcase young talents of young people".
