Transportation Minister Rotimi Amaechi said that the $ 65 billion left by former President Olusegun Obasanjo "lost" by successive governments.
Amaechi said, pointing out that despite the crash of crude oil, the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan did not leave anything to the present government.
Speaking in Lagos, former governor Rivers State insisted that the current PDP loss was alarming.
