The Appeal Court Abuja ordered Senate Bukola Saraki to judge three points, according to Punch Newspapers.
The Federal Government had filed an appeal to challenge the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) acquittal of Saraki.
A group of three, led by Judge Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson, would retain his verdict after the parties briefly approved November 14.
The court on Tuesday allegedly rejected 15 out of 18 allegations of false property claims against it.
