8 Things You Should Never Do at the Gym
A Gym is a place for everyone but sometimes some people take the gym for their own personal playground, so if you have ever been to the gym, here or something you should never do.
1. Don’t leave equipment sweaty
Sweating is a big part of the workout and everyone does it, but after sweating up the Equipment you should clean it off before you leave because someone else will use the equipment and remember that the equipment is leather and the sweat won’t just dry off by its self.
2. Don’t occupy equipment unless you’re using it
The headline says it all, there or a lot of people that just sit on the equipment and text on their phones or just doing something, other than using the equipment. So don’t do that.
3. Calls and loudspeakers
Not everyone wants or need to hear your cell phone conversation and it’s really annoying when you’re trying to workout and someone is there just chatting away.
4. Machines are for everyone
Sharing is caring well that’s what we were tough in preschool, but the truth of the matter is all the Machines is for everyone, so don’t stick to one piece of equipment for a long time.
5. Leaving weights everywhere
Another thing everyone should know is to pick up after your self and don’t leave the weights all over the place.
6. Pressuring gym users
Using a machine for 60 minutes is rude, but so is standing with your arms crossed in front of a person who is exercising and giving them a “hurry up” look
7. Showing up late
Don’t be late
Try not to be late for Gym activities and if you or late do your best not to disrupt the group or class.
8. The gym locker room isn’t your personal bathroom
There is always that one person who thinks every bathroom is their Personal Bathroom and they parade around naked and do all kind of crazy stuff, don’t not everyone is comfortable with seeing you and most of us just want to clean our selves and leave.
