“What is it about tears that should be so terrifying? The touch of God is marked by tears… deep, soul-shaking tears, weeping… it comes when that last barrier is down and you surrender yourself to health and wholeness.”

WHEN we look closely at the ministry of Jesus Christ and the apostles, it is clear that divine healing is a central part of the proclamation of the Gospel. The Gospel (good news) according to Matthew outlines to us how Jesus began His ministry: “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them. Great multitudes followed Him—from Galilee, and from Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan.” (Matthew 4: 23-25).

Healing from Jesus’ perspective is not just a healthy body; He wants to ensure that we fulfill His purpose in creating us. This means that we grow into adulthood and live as a whole human being in order to heal the world around us. God’s dream for us is:

His dream for the church is, “that we will be the habitat, place, community where God rules and everyone receives healing to live right!” Jesus wants to heal, reconcile, restore, restore, reform and liberate us so that we can once again live out His purpose for creating us.

A tree is made to bear tasty fruit, thus God created man in His image to bear divine good fruit. Sin has deformed us, to sow destruction. As a result of human disobedience and erroneous identity, our world has become increasingly fragmented and broken. Sickness, sickness, malaise, imperfection, pain, discomfort, and limitations prevent us from living out His purpose of creation. So our cry is for healing! We are all looking for sustainable, real, profound, complete healing! Illness is an obstruction, inhibition or limitation of our natural abilities. A healthy baby has a certain functionality with regard to movement, abilities, and intellect. Illness or sickness limits this functionality.

Is It God’s Will To Heal?

This is a strange question. The word “will” does not exist in the Hebrew language, someone desires something ~ how the Bible states it. If you could ask parents the same question, “is it your will and desire to see your child healthy?” “Of course!” the parents would answer. What parent does not want to see his or her child healthy? Likewise, it is God the Father’s desire to see His creation healthy!! After all, that is why Jesus came, became flesh, died, rose from the dead! It’s all part of God’s healing solution! Jesus is God’s healing plan!

Let us expand on the question: Is it God’s will to forgive you? Naturally! Is it God’s will to save you? Again, no one will argue about this. “Of course!”, is the spontaneous answer. Now why, if we accept His forgiveness and salvation by faith, why not also healing?

If it is God’s will that you are sick, then is it useless to pray for healing? On the other hand, if it is God’s heart, will, and desire to heal, we can always pray with assurance of faith. God’s heart is always healing!! Point!!

The Great Mystery Of How God Heals

This is because God’s heart for healing is not just about taking away a physical illness. For Him, healing is so we may completely be restored according to the purpose of each person’s design. This is to become as mature as Jesus, receive healing to Spirit, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, commitment, self-esteem, and finally physical healing!

Five different verbs that describe Jesus’ healing ministry:

1. Therapeo: The word is related to peace: God’s holistic peace; care; rehabilitation and recovery. (Matt. 4:24; 12:10; Mark 1:34; Luke 6: 7; 10: 9).
2. Iaomai: Immediate healing. To physically recover and heal (Luke 5:17; 6:19; 9:2,11,42; 14:4; 22:51; John 4:47; Acts 10:38; 28:8).
3. Sozo: Salvation, intervention, redemption and deliverance (Matt. 9:21,22; Mark 3:4; 5:23, 28, 34; 6:56; 10:52; Luke 6:9; 8:36, 48, 50; 17:19; 18:42; John 11:12): 8).
4. Diorthosis: To reform, correct, restore. (Heb. 9:10; 2 Tim. 3:16).
5. Kartharizo: To cleanse, cleanse, remove the stigma. Jesus cleansed the leper. (Matt. 8: 2, 3; 23:25; Luke 4:27; 5:12, 13; 7:22; 11:39; 17:14, 17). His healings were always aimed at reconciling the sick with people, e.g. the woman who suffered from the issue of blood who lived under a stigma is publicly restored and healed.

Origin and Cause of Sickness

Some diseases are genetically or virally transmitted, exist due to external causes. Psychologists suggest that 85% of all illnesses have an emotional, psychosomatic cause. Lifestyle choices, in terms of diet and exercise, also play a big role in our overall health.

We are currently experiencing an information revolution. There are 3.5 Billion Google searches per day. About 1.3 Billion people are registered on YouTube and almost 300 hours of video footage are uploaded per minute. Most of these searches and information are focused on health and self-improvement.

There are currently more than 250,000 mobile phone applications available to monitor your health. New smart watches measure all aspects of your physical health: Sleep patterns; heart rate; blood pressure; sugar levels and heart rate information can help your doctor make a much more accurate diagnosis. New online sites like “Hello Dr.” can put you in touch with medical professional advice in an instant.

As a result, people are physically healthier. People generally live longer! But are we really healthy? We are healed of one thing, and the day after tomorrow we are sick again of something else. After all, health is not just a physical aspect. We are all getting older, and so our bodies are no longer functioning optimally, but we can be mentally, and emotionally healthy. Health is not a selfish-looking-for-myself survival. Healthy people also want to heal others.

The Total Human Experience Consists Of:

1. Spirit – Connection, consciousness.

2. Emotions – Feelings.

3. Intellect – Thought patterns, values, worldview.

4. Behavior – Habits.

5. Social interaction – Relationships.

6. Physical – Physiological.

7. Identity – Who I Am.

Thousands of cures, diets, supplements, miracle cures, therapies and surgeries may be effective, but they all share only one aspect of our health. You can be 100% physically healthy, but your soul can be unhappy due to broken relationships. You can be a good person, with many achievements and still feel something is missing in your life, because you have not yet made peace with God. We may be physically healthy, intellectually brilliant, but if our inner self is not yet healed of self-centeredness, selfishness and self-determination, we are saddened and deplored. Think of the self-delusion of a Hitler, and yoga gurus like Bikram Choudhury who deceived his followers.

Centripetal Core of All Medicine

Total healing can only be found in Jesus Christ. Jesus is healing and health! As we are awakened to the reality of His person, values, thoughts, habits and way of life, we discover the centripetal core point of all medicine. Without Jesus, there is no sustainable health and well-being. Because, He does not heal just one aspect of our humanity. He reaches out His hand, and asks us to follow Him. As we follow Him, and do what He says, we step by step become healthier, on each level, to help others heal as well.

Becoming like Jesus is the key to a fulfilled and happy life. You will then be the best spouse, the best business leader, and the best worker for any business, also the best type of friend and the best parent. The character, values, attitude, ethics, habits, attitude and lifestyle of Christ are like a standard, a leader, a guide to live the perfect life. We are the most beautiful people when we live most like Christ. In other words, when we do as He is right, follow His ethical and moral example, pursue His immaculate character, and dedicate our lives to serving mankind. Living like Jesus is the best way to live! The life of Jesus is a universal truth, a point of departure, a blueprint and a basis for life. Christ is perfect, blameless, the right standard and median of morality.

In our journey with Jesus, we discover His divine paradoxical values: Justice and fairness; impartiality and respect for all people; non-reactionary creativity; revolutionary pacifism; service leadership; supernatural being; alone-group-man; and so much more!

The moment we receive His life and begin to live according to it, everything changes. Our relationships, mindsets, work and lifestyle become healthy, and healing to others

Why Faith-Healing Has a Bad Name?

Any form of medicine has a certain particular success factor. Why does faith healing have such an irregular success factor? Why do only some individuals have reasonable success? How lasting is this success? Someone who is ill is desperate for a solution, and any reasonable chance, even 50/50, will give a desperate sufferer new hope. But a form of medicine with such poor success will and must be rejected. Even natural medications have a much more significant success factor. Praying for people for healing and describing it as God’s love is problematic, because why do some get well and others not?

Several questionnaires have determined that most people, as well as doctors, believe that prayer is beneficial for sick people. There are numerous recorded lists of medically verifiable divine healings. The question was also asked of a panel of faith healers, and the answer was: “To preserve the integrity and heart of the Gospel, not everyone is healed, those who are healed never receive it the same way, nor by the same person. The reason: When a certain person or method is 100% successful in healing every possible disease, it is in man that we will worship the person and the method, capitalize on it, without sacrificing the wonder and depth of God realize. It is much easier for man to try any miracle cure or remedy without the hard work of behavior change. Often it is our behavior that has caused the disease.”

Attributing healing to our faith, or lack thereof, is also problematic, because although faith played a role in most healings, the Lord healed some without any faith on their part. If faith brings salvation, do we heal ourselves? Should we save ourselves then too? I understand that salvation is a gift, and that our faith in God ultimately contributes to salvation. Yet there are many people who truly believe, and truly in faith have even taken action, and still have not received healing.

Praying from the knowledge that God always wants to heal is truly difficult if it does not happen. Why not? Satan? Too little faith? Not detained? Then we are the problem. It brings little comfort, especially if you have used up all your faith, prayers, to pray healing for someone you love. Although we have to believe, it is not enough and although we should have compassion, it is apparently not enough. Although we have received promises from the Word and prophecy, they have not been fulfilled. Where does that leave us?

Healing is inherently who God is, the earth and creation have a self-healing ability. It is indeed the wonder of creation, the medicinal natural remedies that are locked up in nature. God created us to heal, and to be healthy.

Illness and disease are symptomatic not only with respect to our bodies. Our economy is sick, the world is morally ill and sickness is symptomatic of an entire society removed from God. If the whole society truly serves the Lord by doing what He says, and appropriating everything He has made available to us, and then as Jesus does good to the people around us, will there still be sickness?

Origin of Sickness

1. Sin but yet not all illness is due to sin (Job 42: 7-8).
2. Bad habits and behavior: Miriam (Num. 12:10); Gehazi (2 Kings 5:27); Uzziah (2 Chron. 26: 16-23) and Elimas (Acts 13:11). ” Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strengthto your bones.”(Prov. 3: 7-8).
3. Your words: The tongue has power over life and death (Prov. 18:21). “Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.” (Prov. 16:24).
4. Unforgiveness makes one bitter and sickly, like someone who is being tortured. (1 Cor. 11: 28-30; Matt. 18: 21-35).
5. Your thinking: “A merry heart  does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.” (Prov. 14:30). A happy person is a healthy person (Prov. 17:22).
6. Demons (Matt. 17:18; Matt. 9:25, 42; Matt. 4:35; 4:39).
7. The Devil “how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.” (Acts 10:38).
8. Spirit of sickness (Luke 13:11, 16).

How We Get Sick

• The Lord God is sovereign: “Now see that I, even I, am He, and there is no God besides Me; I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal; nor is there any who can deliver from My hand.” (Deut. 32:39, Gen 12:17, Ex. 4:11, 15:25, 1 Sam. 25: 37-38, 2 Sam. 12:15, Deut. 28: 15-68, 32:39, 2 Kings 15: 5, 2 Chronicles 21:18, 19, 26: 20-21, Acts 12:22, 23, 13: 8-12 as well as Job 5:18.

• Indirect contact with people: It is clear that I can be infected by bacteria, a fight where innocent people become victims. Thus, someone else’s sin and transgression can also sometimes be the cause of your illness and disease.

• The broken nature: “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.“ (Rom. 8: 18-22). Heat waves, pests, droughts, tsunamis, etc. Sometimes things just happen, I stumble and fall, and break my arm.

How Do We Get Well?

While it is important to know the cause of illness, the more important question is: how do I get well? Ultimately, it is God’s heart that we will live healthy (Deut. 11:26).

Why Did Jesus Rebuke Them To Be Quiet? Ever wondered why Jesus often admonished people not to go and tell what had happened to them? Was it not the point, then, that everyone would believe in Him?

Jesus never did any healing in the same way, but for Him, healing was more than just the healing of the symptoms. He always wanted to reveal the cause. Therefore, the leper is asked to go to the priest so that the quarantine can be lifted, and he is again allowed to be part of the community. “Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed. And Jesus said to him, “See that you tell no one; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.” (Matt. 8: 1-5).

Many people went with Him, and He healed them all, but forbade them to speak in public about Him (Matt. 12:16). Here Jesus healed a crowd of people, yet He does not capitalize on the supernatural to draw even more people. It is clear as explained earlier: Jesus is not just a miracle-cure for all the sick! Because then we would use Him to only get well, without sharing the causes of why we got sick in the first place.

Jesus asks His disciples, “who do you say I am?” After Peter openly declares and acknowledges that He is the Messiah, they are commanded not to repeat it. Is it not the purpose, then, for people to know that He is the Messiah? Is that not what salvation is about, that every man will believe that He is the Christ? “Then He commanded His disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ.” (Matt. 16:20). The mystery deepens, right? The principle is: Jesus does not just want us to worship Him! He wants us to follow Him.

Proof Of Christ as Divine Healer

The transfiguration on the mountain is a clear proof of His divinity. People are natural doubters. Why allow only a few disciples to experience the occurence? Would not the Pharisees, and all His enemies, repent if they saw what was happening here? “Now as they came down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, “Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man is risen from the dead’.” (Matt. 17: 9). Jesus is not capitalizing at the moment from His divine transfiguration and revelation. Think of people who have gathered at places of divine phenomena over the centuries, worshiping the phenomenon like robots. If Jesus had allowed Peter to build temples here, people would still have flocked there to this day for a mystical experience, which would magically fix everything in an instant.

Healing of the Deaf and Dumb Man: This is one of the most spectacular miracles Jesus performed for not only did the man receive his hearing, but God restored his speech in one moment. Even if someone’s hearing is restored, it would take a speech therapist months to help the person speak correctly. His ears immediately opened, the obstruction of his speech disappeared, and he spoke correctly. Jesus forbade the people to tell it to anyone else, but the more He forbade them, the more they shared it.(Mark 7:36). Here is one of the most telling miracles, which, if you use today’s marketing techniques of retelling evidence, would ensure a faithful following. Jesus does this miracle in privacy.

Demons Knew Jesus: Many people wondered about Jesus, but the demons knew exactly who He was. Is there no greater proof of His ministry and authenticity than that the demons recognize Him? But Jesus spoke to him sharply: “Be still and come out of him.” (Mark 1:25). Yet He does not allow them to speak.

Intentional Strategy: Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. The healing was done in secret, and then he was forbidden to tell anyone else. (Mark 8:26, 30).

Genuine &  Believable Accounts: The authenticity of the gospel writers’ testimony is the useless information that has not been omitted. The fact that Jesus instructs them to give the child something to eat has no purpose. Yet it makes the stories genuine and believable. Again, a perfect opportunity to convince people. Jesus does not use grand dramatic displays to impress people. Her parents were dumbfounded at the miracle, but Jesus forbade them to tell anyone what had happened (Luke 8:56).

Feeding the Crowds: The climax of Jesus’ popularity was when He fed the crowds. When the people saw the miracle that Jesus did, they said, “He is truly the Prophet, the One who was to come into the world.” When Jesus noticed that they wanted to make him king by force, he went further up the mountain, he alone.” (John 6: 14-15).

Once again Jesus flees from the appointment of people, the worship of people. He wants to make us aware that there is something deeper than healing, miracles, and food provision. All of these things are temporary, but there is more that God wants to give us. These signs and wonders are exactly that, signs. It is like signposts, guides to a greater reality. Miracles are indeed important. Paul reflects this approach to the Corinthians: “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of  human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.” (1 Cor. 2:4-5).

We Are Healthiest When Living Like Jesus

What is the greater reality that Jesus wanted them to see? “Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.” Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.” (John 6: 26-29).

Jesus is the gift of healing, not the healing itself. So if I receive Jesus, I am healed, because I have received the Healer! “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.” (Ex. 15:26).

Jesus wants to restore, heal, reform, restore, reconcile with our purpose of being created: To represent, to represent God, the divine, the good, the uplifting, positive and fruit. The worshipers who worship a divine phenomenon with hazy eyes do not yet realize their own divine purpose of godliness. They wait and beg for a miracle from above. They do not realize the miracle of Christ, wanting to come and live in us, and perform miracles and righteousness through us.

More Than Physical Healing

The healing that Christ wants to work in us is also more than just the physical healing. He wants to heal our whole being. He wants to restore God’s purpose for creating us. “For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.” (Rom. 8:29).  

In all the stories where Jesus admonished people “not to tell”, the people were both amazed and impressed with Jesus. So they wanted to worship Him, but He did not allow it, He seeks more than our worship, He seeks our faith and obedience!

There are two stories where Jesus was impressed:

One was the healing of the officer’s slave (Matt. 8: 5-13; Luke 7: 1-10; John 4: 43-54). This man came to Jesus for healing, but the difference was he “saw” Jesus. He calls Jesus Lord. He sees Jesus as a man of authority like him. That is why he asks Jesus to speak only one word. Jesus’ response is: “When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed, “Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!  And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” (Matt. 8: 10-12).

Read this verse carefully. Jesus makes a historical, watershed, reversal statement! Who is Jesus talking about here? Of those who see Him, truly see! People of every nation and language who see Jesus for who He really is, do not see Him as an ‘archetype,’ an impersonal machine-like healer.

The other story is of the Canaanite woman, who Jesus at first did not want to help. “Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.” (Matt. 15:28). Despite Jesus’ refusal, she continued to believe.

We see that Jesus also wanted His disciples to really see Him, understand Him. Is not this the search of any teacher, leader, or pastor? Some are there just for the prestige, the money, the fame, the position, the healing, the miracles. Jesus finally wanted them to do what He does. They, like Him in faith, had to perform miracles (Luke 10:19; Matt. 10: 8).

Beyond Miracles

There are three miracles where Jesus shows His frustration with the disciples, that they do not yet see:

• Jesus calms the storm. “But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” (Mark 4:40).

• Peter is the first disciple to start seeing something. “And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.” (Matt. 14: 28-29). “And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” (Matt. 14:31).

• The multiplication of the loaves. “Give them something to eat.” (Mark 6:37).

“The purpose of Jesus is not only to save men from their sins, but by the grace of God to begin in the souls of men that marvelous development in the nature and mind and understanding of God our Father. Until by the grace of God we are able to take our place and our part in the kingdom of Jesus Christ and bear our share of responsibility.” ― John G. Lake

Best Health Is Right Belief

“But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin.” (Rom. 14:23). “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (Heb. 11:6). How many of our decisions, choices, habits, are grounded in a belief? How do we see the world, what do we buy? Why do we buy? Where we live and work, everything is grounded in what we believe about ourselves, God and the future.

Jesus became human, physically demonstrated what He preached. He eventually died for our sins, reconciling us to God by His resurrection from the dead. He is sitting at the right hand of God after sending the Holy Spirit to us live within to rule! What are we waiting for? What on earth does God still have to do? He accomplished everything so that through Him, through His confirmation, Christ can live in every place where He calls us!

So if our perspective is right we see, really see! We see what He did, Who He is, we actually believe it with conviction. We suddenly see the world in a completely different light. As we continue to do exactly what HE commands us to do, life changes completely for us. We will have a completely different view and a new attitude towards life, things and people! We are healthy, in body, soul and spirit.

Jesus Heals The Whole Person

John G. Lake believed that Jesus’ healing work is threefold:

1. He frees us from evil so that we can be spiritually healthy and full of the Holy Spirit. We communicate and experience connection with God through our spirit.
2. The Lord heals our soul, our connection with people. Because we have made peace with God, the Lord heals our souls. Our soul is how we are connected to the humanity around us. Peace of mind and peace with self and the people around me, is healing! Jesus was always concerned about the whole person and not just the symptoms of illness. He often dealt with the spiritual aspects first. His conversation with the Samaritan woman at the well focused on the basic conflicts in her personality. For Jesus, health is more than just the absence of physical and mental illness – it is about the whole person.
3. God wants to heal us, but even more: He wants us to heal others! “Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.” (Ezek. 47:12).

“ I said, “Lord, be merciful to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You.”” (Ps. 41:4).

The Various Ways Jesus Heals

God is not just concerned with the healing of our bodies. He also wants us to learn a certain way of life. You alone are responsible for your health, and must act in faith, after careful examination. Of the 35 miracles Jesus performed, 26 were healings. In 6 cases, evil spirits were cast out.

Healing is received in various ways:

1. Confessing your sins (Jas. 5:16).

2. Elders anoint with oil: (Jas. 5: 14-15).

3. Medical care: the Good Samaritan binds up the man, and anoints his wounds. (Luke 10: 33–34). Doctors: Doctors are for the sick (Matt. 9:12; Mark 2:17; Luke 5:31). Luke is referred to as the “beloved physician” (Col. 4:14).

4. Alternative medicine: “Use some wine for the ailment of the stomach.” (1 Tim. 5:23).

5. Our presence brings healing: The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations (Rev. 22: 2; Ps. 1: 2-3; Ezek. 47:12; Jer. 17: 8.)

7. The Word of God heals (Luke 4: 4).

8. When Jesus saw their faith (Mark 2: 5; Matt. 9:29).

9. Forgiveness (Matt. 18: 34-35).

10. Identify through the Lord’s Supper with His suffering (1 Cor. 11: 28–30).

11. Praise: “Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.”. (Ps. 103: 1–3).

12. Ointments and cloths anointed: (Acts 19: 11-12).

When we are most like Jesus, we are the healthiest people on the planet! Jesus as the healer is therefore more than divine healing. Although there are examples of supernatural divine healing, the Lord heals us in so many ways!

It is possible to lead a healthy life when: my relationships with God, self, people and nature are healthy and wholesome; and I live a disciplined lifestyle of regular exercise, sleep, and follow a balanced healthy diet.

Work can be healing, and stimulating in nature. My mind is like a garden, which I steward and nourish, determining how I think, and live.

Giving, helping and serving others is healing.

Being like a child, and just having fun and healthy fun is a miracle cure!

Being hospitable, and making people delicious food is healing!

By being a peacemaker, and working for reconciliation between people, brings healing.
